Premium and purchases

Cancel Premium. On your iPhone, open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Kara Tarot. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app doesn't cancel the subscription.
Refunds. Apple handles all payments and refunds. You can ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Premium on a new iPhone. Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Kara Tarot Premium at the top of the app's Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Your voiced-reading balance comes back with your subscription.
Family Sharing. Premium isn't shared through Family Sharing: each person needs their own subscription.

Personal readings need an internet connection and your permission: Settings › Privacy › AI personal readings.
If Kara's voice can't be created, no voiced reading is used. If the download is interrupted, you can record that reading again once for free.
Replaying a voiced reading saved in your journal is always free.

Your journal, readings and audio stay on your iPhone and, if you turn on iCloud sync, in your private iCloud. We can't see them.
To delete everything, use Settings › Privacy › Delete my data.
If you write to us about your data, please include your anonymous app ID from Settings › Privacy. It's the only way we can find your data on our server.
